  • Drop-forged from one piece of high carbon stainless steel; Full bolster provides finger protection and rear bolster adds balance to this wide and long blade
  • Franz Gude, son of founder Karl Gude, invented the grinding stone that would produce the ideal serrated edge for slicing bread
  • Triple riveted full-tang handle construction with Italian olive wood scales
  • Handcrafted in Solingen, Germany
