Peugeot Paris u’Select Chocolate Salt Mill 27cm/10.75″ – 23515 As leaders in their industry, Peugeot has never been matched in design or quality. Peugeot has been producing salt and pepper mills since 1842. For salt mills, a commercial grade of stainless steel is used. This is done to help keep the salt from corroding the grinder mechanism. If it is a Paris uSelect mill that you are considering, the grind is adjusted by turning the ring at the bottom. Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it. Mills are made using a high quality beech wood, grown in France. For Salt use only. Matching pepper grinder versions available also.

Patented system that enables precise grind adjustment settings. 6 pre-defined levels of grind for salt.
